Supporting Those Who Need It​

The Wymondham Community Outreach Project is a fully inclusive, independent community support hub. If you are looking to support your local community, we are always in need of donations (food or financial) and would love more help at our food bank.

Giving

Donate To Us

All food and financial donations will help us to continue to support the vulnerable in and around Wymondham.

There are 3 ways to donate food:

  1. Bring along to Abbey Hall when we are open – Tuesday & Saturday 11am – 1pm and meet the team.
  2. At drop off points at these local supermarkets:
    • Lidl Wymondham
    • Waitrose Wymondham
    • Co-Op Market Place Wymondham.
    • Wymondham Abbey – Donation chest in porch (check opening times)
  3. Have a collection for us at your school, pub, club/society, church or business.
Food
  • UHT milk
  • Tinned meat (hotdogs, meatballs etc.)
  • Tinned fish
  • Tinned fruit
  • Sponge/rice puddings
  • Coffee (small jars)
  • Pasta sauce
  • Tinned veg (potatoes, carrots, green beans, tomatoes)
  • Tinned meals (spaghetti, chicken or veg curries, chilli)
  • Tinned soup
 
Non-food items
  • Shower gel
  • Shampoo/conditioner
  • Deodorant
  • Toilet rolls
  • Washing up liquid
  • Laundry detergent pods

If you would like to make a monetary donation to WCOP, you can either do so online or in person. In person donations can be made at Abbey Hall on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.

Based in the Abbey Hall, Church Street, Wymondham – we operate an independent food bank and support service each Tuesday and Saturday between 11am-1pm.
